Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of EventEtch services. By booking our services you agree to these terms.

EventEtch provides mobile on-site laser engraving services at events anywhere in the United States. We bring a specialist, laser machine, and iPad station to your venue. Clients and their guests provide the items to be engraved. Travel fees may apply based on your event location.

Booking is completed online. Choose your event date and time, select your package, enter your event details, and pay a 50% deposit through our secure payment system to secure your booking. The booking is reserved as soon as the 50% deposit is paid. The remaining 50% is due after the event is completed.

Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the event may be eligible for refund or rescheduling based on availability. Cancellations made within 36 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund and the deposit is forfeited.

Clients and guests are responsible for providing their own items to be engraved. All items must be approved before engraving. Results depend on material, coating, shape, and laser compatibility. EventEtch may refuse to engrave items that are unsafe, unsuitable, restricted, or not compatible with the equipment. EventEtch is not responsible for damage to items that are incompatible with laser engraving.

EventEtch serves events anywhere in the United States. Package pricing does not include travel unless specifically stated. Travel fees are calculated based on event location, distance, schedule, and setup requirements, and are disclosed at the time of booking.

Rush bookings made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 25% surcharge, subject to availability. All add-on fees are disclosed at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for confirming they have the legal right to use any logo, trademark, artwork, or design submitted for engraving. All EventEtch branding, website content, and materials are the property of EventEtch and may not be reproduced without permission.

EventEtch is not liable for items damaged due to undisclosed incompatible materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
